Our Story

Big Dog Tackle was Established in 2018 with the goal to create an atmosphere for anyone who loves fishing just as much as we do! We cater to the novice fisherman, families fishing together, and the experienced captain! Big Dog Tackle was inspired by the owner’s love for animals. Roxy is the store’s mascot as shown in the logo and like her owners, she loves the water just as much as they do! Nicole Zapetis is the owner and prides herself on her passion for fishing. She has many years in the retail industry prior to Big Dog Tackle. Her goal is to have a local shop where everyone can feel comfortable to shop, ask questions, and learn.
